What is the biggest challenge of working from home?

You're looking at him. Sure, he may look innocent and adorable, but this cat is not only a villainous mastermind, he is a professional interrupter.  He knocks glasses of water onto electronic equipment, chews through speaker wires, switches off power strips. You name a way to interrupt my flow of work, and I'll betcha he has already tried it.  Sometimes he takes a cuter approach and tries to stop me from typing by sitting on my hands. 

Sometimes he'll simply meow one hundred times in a row for no apparent reason.  His favorite trick is to steal important items from my office than bat them around the house.  Nothing is safe from the orange kitty, and there is no escaping him either.  Recently, he figured out how to push the bathroom door open.  After he gets into the room, he proceeds to meow by the shower door.  Once he becomes tired of meowing, he simply slides the door open and jumps into the shower with you.

Bad(Coordination) to the Bone

Oh Ziggy!! Why are you so unlucky? Why are you so accident prone? How did you cost me so much money in such a short time? If I charged this cat $2.00 for every day he has been alive so far he would still owe me money!! So what happened, you ask? Poor sweet clumsy Ziggy the kitten has broken his toe. Boble leaves home at 7:15, pets the cat (who is in Purrrrfect health) and leaves for poker night or measuring weiner night or whatever it is that he does with those sporty friends of his. I come home at 7:30 to no sign of Ziggy. (He usually pops up to say hello when I come home) I let it be for an hour or so but when I still didn't hear from him I went upstairs to find him hobbling around on one leg!! One trip to the emergency vet and 100+ dollars later I am informed that yes he has probably broken a toe, no they can't do anything about it anyway. They DID give me some kitten antibiotics (just in case) and the nurse asked me if I knew how to give them to the cat. MWA HA HA HA Yeah - This will be the third time I've had to wrestle a cat into taking antibiotic drops in the last 6 months. I'm a damn pro.

In other news... I've updated Green Dreams with new yummy hand milled soaps!! I am really excited about these. Inside scoop: the mermaid soap is my fav thing I've made so far. Creamy smooth and it smells really nice. The Oatmeal Crunch soap is great too but its a lot more rough around the edges.

Is There Anything Sadder Than a Sick Kitten?

I just don't know. My poor little Ziggy has a cold in his nose. He has little kitten boogers and little kitten eye goobers and the most preciously heart wrencing of all... TINY KITTEN SNEEZES!!. I read a book about it today that suggested giving him some tea. Hmmm... I think I would have to brew it with tuna water, no? Tre stinky. For now I think I'll just keep an eye on it and try to encourage little Ziggy to follow the three most important rules of getting over a kitten cold:
