My name is Mary Helen and I'm a non stop crafty bandit. I am almost always armed with some kind of creative implement. Whether it's pointy, inky or fuzzy you'd better watch out!
To pay the bills I write and formulate for a natural skincare ingredient company. It's not a bad gig and I get to work from home!

Interests
Formerly a wild woman and raging teenage derelict I am now enjoying the more quiet domestic sort of thrills. This includes needle felting, sewing, knitting, experimental vegetarian cuisine, new and more responsible uses for natural botanicals, adventures in gardening, spiritual inquisitions, pouring my heart out - type style, digital and traditional art and trying in vain to train my crazy dog.
